The price of a single tola gold in Pakistan was recorded at Rs219,200 on Monday.
According to reports, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold was recorded at Rs187,930 and 10 grams of 22-karat gold were being sold for Rs172,268 while a single tola of 22k gold was being traded at Rs200,932.
The gold price in the international market settled at $2062.
It is pertinent to mention here that Pakistan is an importer of gold, hence, the domestic prices fluctuate according to the international market and these are never fixed.
Meanwhile, silver prices in the domestic market were recorded at Rs2,680 per tola and Rs2,297 per 10 grams.
